Server Error - FP 2000 / Windows XP

I have just started having the following error appear when I try to publish
one of my websites. It appears to only be affecting one web folder. I
checked the registry to make sure the permission were set to full, and they
are. Any thoughts!!!!! I don't know if this is related by I have started
having problems using my clipboard. I was having the clipboard problem
before the server error started...

Server error: Error 2 opening registry
key "Software\microsoft\shared tools\web server
extensions\port\port 80

I would run Detect and Repair from the FrontPage help dropdown.

Also is it XP Home or Professional??
