Server does not accept remote requests.

I have three servers. The primary can see the other two, no problem. No 2 can see the other two, no problem. No 3 cannot see No 2. I can ping it, all tcp/ip appears fine, but it won't make a netbios connection from 3 to 2. (2 to 3 is fine). On No 3 Networking neighborhood I can see both 1 and 2, but if I right click on No 2 I get a "Server does not accept remote requests'. If I double click, I eventually get a message that says Server 2 network name is no longer available.

RPC, DNS, DHCP all enabled.

Any ideas??
