Serial Port issue

I have an old DOS program that uses a serial key as a
security device. The problem is that the program sees 4
serial ports and tries to access all of them when it
starts up. I would like to know if there is a way of
telling XP to report only one serial port to this
application.

I don't think any of the serial port keys (dongle) will work with XP.
