"Sent-to" Rule not working

I can't get the rule to work which moves mail sent to a particular person to
a folder (different from the sent folder). The received rules all seem to
work.

Any idea why 'sent to" doesn't work? I don't have a ton of rules. This is a
rule for a person who also has a "received from" rule (to go to the same
folder I want the sent to to go to...)

Post the EXACT text of the rule and a sample of a message you think should
work but doesn't, masking any real addresses, of course.
