Sent mail NOT in inbox

Dabola

I set up an account for myself and separate account for my husband. When I
sent him a test e-mail, it doesn't show up in his inbox. When I sent an
e-mail even to myself, it doesn't show up in my inbox but it there in my sent
box. Where did it go and why isn't it in the inbox. HELP!!

It's not clear what your setup is...
If you added 2 email accounts to one instance of Windows Mail, under one
Vista login account, then all email to both accounts should be in the same
Inbox. You can create folders and create rules to move messages into
certain folders. Di you have a rule that moves messages?

Some email providers, like Gmail, won't permit you to send a message to
yourself.

Also, check to see if the View is set to hide read messages.

I have the same problem.

Can anyone help me?
This is with my Outlook Express 2006 that I am having these problems.

Please describe your problem in detail, since it is not likely that
your issue is exactly the same. For one thing, there is no such
thing as "Outlook Express 2006."
