Sent Items Folder - The "To" heading does not show up

I want to sort my messages in the Sent Items folder by who I sent them to.
However, the "To" column does not show up. Only the "From" "Subject"
"Received" and "Size" appear.

How can I get the "To" column to appear?

Right click on the From title and click Customise Current Views. Then
click Fields and choose the columns you want...
