"Sent items" folder doesn't show name of receiver

How come my "sent items" folder just shows my name in the "To" column and not
the person to whom I sent an e-mail?

Add that column using Field Chooser.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Frustrated User asked:
