Sensitivity button missing in toolbar

I want to suppress my group (with who I share my calendar)
from seeing events in my Calendar that are personal. I
can mark such an item PERSONAL by opening the
File>>Properties and choosing PERSONAL in the Sensitivity
option. That's tedious and I went about trying a short cut
but did not find any.

Curiously, the Calendar dialog box gives one the choice of
choosing the Importance of an event (Low and High) but not
the Sensitivity. Easy...you just go to OPTIONS, and pick
the Sensitivity commands (Normal, Personal, Private,
Condifential) and drag it on to your toolbar. Well, the
Standards category gives the choice of High and Low
Importance but not the Sensitivity icons. Even the
appearance of the Importance icons/commands is not
consistent. They just don;t show up in some forms.

Try as much as did, short of moving Mt. Fuji, I could not
solve this puzzle. (no wonder Microsoft never responds to
my job app....)

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you!

YOu will want to choose Private, not Personal. You can simply check the
Private box in the lower-right corner of the oopen appointment.
