Sending to different group

I want to group a number of collegues under a group so when I have to send
something, I don't have to find each and every e-mail.

How can I do that in Outlook XP ?

I believe you are talking about a distribution list....In 2003, select File,
New, Distribution LIst. This may not be the same in XP, but if you check
Help for Distbribution list, you should find the answer.
