Sending repetitive mtg requests in calendar

Has anyone found a way to use a form or template in the
outlook calendar to create a meeting request with standard
information in the body of the request? We have some
meetings that are scheduled quite often and would like to
select a standard form or template instead of retyping, or
copying and pasting, the meeting information into the body
of the meeting request. Any help you can provide is
appreciated. Thanks, dpope

Try designing a form with the information you use frequently already
populated. Tools->Forms->Design a Form. Then, once you have completed the
form design, publish it and it will be available to you the next time the
event or type of event needs to be scheduled.
