sending problem

How can I increase the number or size of the photo attachments sent? Right
now, I can only send 2 or 3 resized photos or 1 high definition shot with an
email. Otherwise the message is "undeliverable". Send & Receive gives message
0x8004210B - "operations 'timed out' while waiting for a response from the
server".

=========================================
Attachment size would depend on the limits
imposed by your ISP. As for the 0x8004210B
error....searching on Google returns lots of hits...
the following article is one example:

You receive a 0x8004210B operation
time-out error message when you choose
to send a read receipt notification in Outlook
2000 or in Outlook 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836491

Also, you may find the free PowerToy
ImageResizer to be useful:

I guess you're running WinXP or you wouldn't
be here...right?

OK, go to the following link and download and
install: ImageResizer.exe

http://tinyurl.com/36n

Then you can open any folder that contains
images and you will have an option to resize.
Just right click the selected image files and
choose Resize Pictures from the menu. You
can select one image or a whole group.

The program will place the resized copies in
the folder with your originals.
(Tip: *Never* overwrite your originals)

BTW...when resizing if you go to...Advanced
Button / Custom...and enter 640 in each field...
that will be a good size for e-mail purposes.
