sending msgs

when i send msgs, it prompts me that i have exceeded mailbox capacity. i
already have deleted all of my emails including drafts, deleted and sent
items but i still get the same error message.

You probably get this message from your ISP and not Outlook. In that case
you'll need to remove the messages from the server via the web interface
your ISP provides and don't have to delete them in Outlook itself.
