Sending MS junk email

I've noticed recently that the junk email filter (set on high) is missing
more and more obvious junk email (cialis offers, for instance).

Is there an email box at MS to which I can forward junk mail so they can
better update the filter?

I'm using Outlook 2003.

No. They update the filter based on data they gather from hotmail usage.
Unfortunately, spammers are always one step ahead of those fighting it. Do
you have the most recent update from Microsoft?

Yes, I am totally current. Too bad I can't confgure the filter with my own
words to look for.
