Hi all,

How would my Presidents Assistant send mail "On Behalf"
of him.

So when a user recieves and email from her but on his
behalf, how do I make it say that in the subject?

thanks in advance.

One way to have 'on behalf' show: if the person is a
delegate on their boss' inbox and has editing rights, open
a new email, show the 'from' field, and type in their own
name. When the message is sent it should say, from "so and
so assistant' on behalf of "so and so president". give it
a try.

The assistant has "Send As" or "Owner" rights to the President's mailbox.
That is why the email comes from the assistant. Check both Delegate rights
and InBox folder rights in the President's mailbox. You can also set these
permissions in Exchange, so check there also if you are using EX.

What you want are Delegate rights less than Owner.
