Sending faxes via Outlook 2002

I posted this in the Outlook.FAX group also but was told
that I should probably have started here... SO...

In Outlook 2002 I can type [FAX:12013561876] in the TO
field and it changes to 12013561876 (underlined) and the
email sends through my fax server fine. But, when using
the SendObject command in Access, when I fill in the TO
field with [FAX:12013561876] the email TO field stays as
text and it cannot be sent. Any ideas?

I did some research and have more information on this.
When I get into Outlook with the new email message
loaded, the [FAX:12013561876] is NOT underlined. But if
I go to TOOLS, CHECK NAMES then the fax number changes to
12013561876 (underlined) and the fax gets sent. The new
question might be how to programically get the "Check
Names" feature to work?
