sending emails

we have outlook express setup for emails, but everytime
we try to send one,pop.ozonline.com.au, pops up and
there's a password to be signed in, I have no idea what
it is, and I cant seem to get any help anywhere so far.
We get disconnected also everytime. If anyone can help,
please email.

Katia, you could try going to Tools/Accounts and seeing if your actual email
account is set to default.

If that doesn't work you may find something here
