I'm trying to send an email that has a graphic flyer in it that was created
in another program and pulled from the "picture".. "File" on the insert tab.
I'm able to get it into the body of the email but when I send it people are
receiving it as a .dat file when it is a jpg file. I use 2003 outlook and I'm
getting a great deal of bounce backs because peoples emails don't receive
..dat files. How can I correct this or what am I doing wrong. How can I send
this email that has this flyer in it so when it pops into my clients email
browsers they immeadiately see it.

Are you using HTML format and not Rich Text?

Thank-you I found out yesterday that I had it in Rich text. But for some
reason when I went to do it in HTML it was putting the graphic as an
attachment. I'm still not sure what I did but I did get it working.
