Sending emails from MYOB

In my Office we send invoices and statements from MYOB to customers. each
time we do this we have to wait for each one to load and then press YES to
sending it through Microsoft Outlook. this is time consuming and annoying is
there a way to change this setting.

If so how do we do this??

At the client PC you have no control over that message. It comes from Outlook,
not Access. If your company uses an Exchange server then there are things that
can be setup by the Exchange administrators to eliminate the security prompt. I
do not know the details of that, but there are articles on Microsoft's web site
that give that information.

If MYOB is using SendObject for generating the messages then switching to a
different program as your default MAPI client could solve the problem. If MYOB
is specifically making calls to the Outlook library then the Exchange admin
settings are it.

There is a utility that will detect and press [OK] on that prompt automatically,
but you still have to wait for the delay.

You might post your issue to a newsgroup supporting MYOB.

This newsgroup is for issues relating to Microsoft Access, the
Relational Database platform.

That is an Outlook problem, but the answer is Outlook Redemption:

It kills the security message from Outlook, allowing you to make it useful
again for invoicing. It is free for non-commercial use. I use it
commercially with an Access application, and the fee is only $200 for
enterprise wide use. I have put out as many as 1200 POs per day without
problems.

True, but if they don't own the version of MYOB that gives them the source code
then they have no control over what methods are used to send the messages.

I believe the message that the OP is talking about is the security message
from Outlook, the one that says something like: "An outside program is
trying to access your email. Do you want to allow this?" That is the message
that Redemption will kill.
