sending emails automatically

I want to email reports from access automatcally. I have the access part
figured out but when it comes to sending them i get a message that says " A
program is trying to send email on your behalf do you want to allow this ?
If this is unexpected it may be a virus and you should choose no" Can i get
rid of this so it just sends them out?

Please help me out!
I am trying to open an archived message in outlook and I get the following
message
" The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an outlook form
installed. An error occured registering the form in the OLE registry." When I
proceed it says attachments are placeholder.tmp and the document won't open.
Please help me out to get this problem resolved. Thanks Jones

Help!! I have the same problem. Exactly and the response given is
unacceptable.

If I want to send out emails I should be able to... there must be a way to
do this
