Sending e-mail

I have always been able to send e-mail in windows mail since I got windows
vista, now all of a sudden I can recieve mail but I cannot send it, any help
would be appri
ciated. This is the error message I get.

Subject 'test send', Account: 'pop.windstream.net', Server:
'smtp.windstream.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 SIZE 31457280',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced,
then uncheck the SSL option.
