You may need to use the ISP's SMTP server to
send messages. Their website will have the info.

Example: I use COX to connect to the internet
but I use EARTHLINK for my email.

My settings for Earthlink mail server are:
INCOMING POP: mail.earthlink.net
OUTGOING SMTP: smtp.cox.net

Notice how I use earthlink to get my email in
but I use cox to send my email out.

confusion..If I go to start..New office document..new e-
mail..it will send! Will not send from my inbox..

Are you using Word as your editor?
If so, what version of Microsoft Word or Office?
What version of Microsoft Outlook?
