Sending e-mail with MAPI

I'm trying to send e-mail automaticaly with MAPI using Outlook bu
when I send the e-mail I get a message " a program is trying to sen
an e-mail on your behaft". IS there a way to remove this message an
send the e-mail automaticaly without having to press "yes
everytime

Since i'm trying to make my computer send me an e-mail when there is
problem I'm not always there to clikc yes to the e-mail :

Removing the message is not an option unless you're the Exchange
administrator.
