Sending E-mail using Outlook Express

Hi There,
I have a Windows XP Media Center PC. I know how to write an E-mail in
the Outlook Express. When I want to send it, the PC asks me questions
like
"Who is your host?",
"What is your account?",
"Who is your server?",
which make me baffled.
My Questions To You:-
Where on my PC can I find all these details? Where on my PC do I type
these details?Or, do I have to go to a Website on the Internet to get
these details?
I shall be very much obliged is some good-hearted expert can inform me.
Looking forward,
Regards,
Urban

Call your Internet Service Provider. They can help you answer these
questions and set up Outlook Express to send and receive E-mail.
