Sending combinations key commands through RDC

How do I send common keystroke combinations through an RDC session? Things
such as ctrl-alt-del. When I do this it only effects my machine, not the one
I'm remotely connected to.

Using Terminal Server shortcut keys

Shortcut key Description
ALT+PAGE UP Switches between programs from left to right.

Maybe it's the lastname that makes you so funny! I actually DID think of
reading help however nothing came up under any of the words I used in my
searches. Regardless, my fruitless searches lead me to you and now you've
