sending bulk emails

Hi all

Can someone please tell me how to send a bulk email from
address book (say, if i save 10 email addresses as a
single group called FRIENDS) - how do i send an email of
my FRIENDS group without having the 10 recipients know
who the other 9 members of the group are

Please advise asap

Either use the BCC field or use the Mail Merge from within Word.
