Sending attachment with OE

When I try to send an attachment via OE, the receiver
gets "OE removed the following unsafe attachment to your
mail: FSAlphabetBody(2).url

They can't open. What's up?

Jack Pedotto:
This is a security feature in Outlook Express. To disable it, click
Tools>Options>Security. Uncheck "Do not allow attachments..." and click OK.

I assume the receiver is using OE. Have receiver try the
following: Tools, options, Security, virus protection:

clear checkbox: "Do not allow attachments to be saved or
opened that could potentially be a virus"

PS make sure receiver is running updated antivirus
software.

Good luck
