Sending and Receiving faxes via Outlook2000

I am having difficulty in getting this to work.
Do I have to do anything to configure the Account?

At present an Account appears as follows:

Account: Symantec fax starter edition
Type: Mail
Connection: Local Area Network

As I am not on a Network I try to change the connection to show my Modem but
could not.

I have an internal fax modem which works and I am using Windows XP Pro.

Any suggestion to get this working will be much appreciated

Why not working with Fax Service from Windows XP?

Because he's using Outlook 2000 in IMO mode. It does not support Windows XP
Fax.
