Sending a presentation to hundreds of users

I developed a PPT presentation in PowerPoint 2003. I want to distribute the
file to hundreds of users for them to run from their own PCs. I do NOT want
to distribute CDs to hundreds of users.

The users do not have PowerPoint 2003 on their PCs and they do not have the
2003 PPT viewer. They have only PowerPoint 2000.

Is there any way I can package my 2003 file with the 2003 viewer and send it
as one file that will run on each user's PC, and run exactly the same as it
does on my PC?
