Sending a photo with OE and making it smaller

Hi there,

My aunt sends her photos by going into the My Pictures dir and selecting the
photo she wants and then selects EMAIL PHOTO from the menu on the left side
of the screen. When she selected EMAIL PHOTO a window appears and asks if
you want to keep the image the same size or make it smaller. Then it opens
OE.

Now the window for making the image smaller does not appear when she tries
to EMAIL PHOTO but goes directly to OE.

How can you get this window to appear again ??

Really need help here.

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
