I hope somebody can help.
Untill about a year ago I used Outlook. Then I changed ISP. (From
Eircom to UTV) At UTV I could not get Outlook to work & had to change
to Express. Now I changed back to Eircom, & Outlook still does not
work.
Any mail I send does not go off, does not appear in the "Sent items"
folder, does not appear in the "Outbox" folder, Does not generate any
error messages, does not open a progress bar. It DOES say "message not
sent". I also do not receive any mail.
I Switched to Express and it works fine, but I do not like Express.(No
calander).
I tried the Eircom help line. They had me redo my account settings,
ISP address etc. In the end they gave up.
I use MS Office XP Professional & Windows XP. Dial-up 56k modem.
POP3 connection.
