Send/Receive groups - Folders missing

In send/receive groups, the only folder I now have in folder options under
Personal Folders is "Inbox" - the other folders (outbox, etc.) have
disappeared. As a result, when sending multiple messages, the messages do not
send, and must be sent manually. This is true for all groups in three
different user profiles. I'm using Act 2005 - not sure this is the problem.
I've tried using the Repair feature on the Office Profesional CD, but the
problem remains. Do I have to re-install Outlook? I assume I'll have to
delete Outlook first, and then re-install, since the CD only allows for
installng or removing an application. If so, willI lose all the info -
emails, etc.?

In Send/Receive groups you only normally see the Inbox folder not the whole
folder tree. Not sure if it's got anything to do with your sending issue. Do
you get any errors when sending?
