Send/Receive Button

I have 2 users on MS XP. First user can send/receive msgs
(with viewable shortcut button) in Outlook (email act set-
up). The second user does not have a send/receive
shortcut "button" (same email act set-up). Second person
must go to "Actions", "Send/Receive", "Send/Receive All
Messages". Why?

Try resetting the toolbar -- right-click it, select Customize, select the
toolbar from the list and press Reset.
