Send Pictures via E-Mail

When I right-click on a .jpg file and select to send to E-Mail Recipient the file is automatically attached to a new mail, but I don't see the Resize Image window. On the other hand the same procedure on .bmp file works fine. How can I restore the ability for windows to give me the option to resize .jpg images before I send them by e-mail?

I found the answer from Mr. John Inzer Picture It! MVP, a few posts below. Sorry for bothering I'm new to your newsgroups and I didn't try reading a few posts below, but just the first page. For anyone else interested the answer is :
"go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

Thanks again

Yes I am getting exactly the same problem and MS
Knowledge base gives no guidance on this problem other
than re-install Windows Messaging - dut oes not work.
The resize was one of most useful features of XP e-
mailing linkage. If you get solution please let me know.
