Send email to everyone in my address book

I use Vista basic. I have to change my internet service provider so I will
have a new address. How can I send everyone in my address book in Windows
email a message telling them of my new address?

1. Copy/paste the addresses in BCC, and send the notification e-mail which
will be delivered to those in the BCC. BUT .....
2. Find out from your new ISP what is the limit, if there is one, of # of
people you can enter in BCC.

As a side note, this predicament illustrates the folly of using the email address
furnished by your ISP. The best preventative is to use a free Gmail account,
or else get your own domain name (which costs about $8 per year).

I should have made myself clearer. I want to send this email using Windows
Mail and my present ISP. I have about 100 people in my address book. I was
hoping there was a function where you could send a message to everyone in
your address book without entering/coping every address.
I also use Gmail.

OK. You don't have to copy/paste each address, but it is not a one-click
method either. Try this :
1.) Open Contact, click New Contact Group.
2.) enter Group name ie. " dollard.group "
3.) click Add to Contact Group
4.) you are now on the current address book. Click the 1st name on the list
scroll all the way down to the last on the list > press SHIFT key and HOLD
click the last name on the list. All the names on the list should be "
shaded "now > click ADD. You will be brought back to the new contact group
( dollard.group ) window . All the names are now inside the dollard.group
box. Note the # of members at the top right, it should match with the actual
# in you address book.
5. Press OK.
Now , Create Mail > under BCC column, enter your group name (
dollard.group ). Compose your notification and Send.

Yes, you just start to create the mail, and include yourself as the
recipient in the "to" line. Now click on the "cc" button, and you'll see
an address book displayed. Click on the top name, then scroll down to the
end, press Shift, and click on the bottom name. This highlights all the
names.

Now press the "BCC ->" button. All the highlighted names will be on the
BCC line.

This assumes that your ISP will allow you to send to a group this large.
You may have to send in sections.

Use Patrick's method. Easier.
REMINDER : check with your ISP, mail server, if there is limit of how many
people can be included in ONE e-mail.
Also you should use BCC column.
