send email error

I used to be able to send emails but now am getting this error;

Subject 'Re: Amboy final', Account: 'mail.mchsi.com', Server:
'mail.mchsi.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 XMVP 2', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

and can't send anything.
