I have a database that has a record with a subject and date that I want to be
sent to my outlook calander. I am a novice at both. Any help would be
appreciated.

I've no experience of this (beyond the experiment I just conducted) so
can't warn you in advance about specific pitfalls, but it's possible
with the 2007 versions of Access and Outlook to open (link) an Outlook
folder directly from Access. I just had the contents of my Calendar
apppear as records in Access. I'd guess this will be the easiest
option: simply run append queries in Access to create new Calendar items.

In A2007, open your (COPY OF THE LIVE) database, pick the External Data
tab, and under More.. you'll see an option to link to an Outlook Folder.
How easy is that?

Interested to hear how you get on. Work only with copies of your live
files until you're really confident, and then take frequent backups.
