send a specific record by email?

I did post this earlier too I confess- but no response :( Anyone have
any comment?

I am an newbie user of MS Access 2007. I want to able to send a
specific record by email and update the record autimatically. My db
has 'cases/issues' assigned to different team leaders. So one team
leader might have multiple cases assigned to them. When I want to
send
one of them for update it sends all the cases assigned to them. Is
there a way to solve this?
I will really appreciate any input/solution!!

I have not used this new feature of Access 2007, but have seen it
demonstrated. I can vouch that it works, but can't offer assistance on how
to use it. Is the Help for the feature not, in fact, helpful? As I can't
give specific help, does anyone else have comments, or links to answers, or
a tutorial for "smiles_chicago"?
