Select Row and Reference Cell

Hello all..Is there a way to select a rown number and have every cell in that row to reference to adjacent cells in other areas of the same sheet. It would be exactly like using a split form in Access. The table shows at the bottome and you can click the rows in the table to refelect the values in the forms at the top..Thank you
