Select First Row to Last Row

Hi Catz here.

In VBA, how do I select the command runs from the first row to the last row of data.

For instance, I'd like to run a macro for a Sales Report. Sales for every month is different, hence ends at different rows every month.

How do I write such command in VBA Excel.
