Seeve and pop64

I have a program running on my computer that is called
pop64 in the task manager. The pop up ads say seeve on
the top. I got this somehow even with Microsoft Anti-
Spyware. It will not find it or delete it either. Any
help would be appreciate it.

Can you try running a full, deep scan with Microsoft Antispyware in safe
mode--reboot, and press the F8 function key before the first Windows screen
appears.

or useful!)--and states that Microsoft Antispyware worked in the case of one
user, at least.
