SEEK no-instal jpeg viewer

Is there a freeware jpeg viewer which does not need installing?

I want to take some jpegs on a CD to an XP PC. I have been surprised
by how much function sometimes gets removed standard XP so I want to
take a no-instal jpeg viewer on the CD too.
