I am trying to install the Norton AntiVirus, every time I
do it says The system administrator has set policies to
prevent this installation, I am the administrator and I
am logged on as the administrator. Anybody know what to
do?

I SEEM TO HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM! I am not able to open
Windows Explorer, Control Panel etc. or even dowload and
install patches from the net.
