It appears someone has reset my secret question as
different to how it last appeared. Also my password no
longer works. Is there anyway I can overcome his?

design program.

You need to ask your question in an appropriate group.

Just a hint, you do not say what webpage or program you are having trouble
with. Asking such a general question is unlikely to get you the answer you
need.
