Microsoft ISA Server is a good firewall solution for Windows 2000/2003
Server?

I would like to receive opinions on what the suitable Anti virus program to
run on Windows Server, that runs NAT (internet routing) + DHCP

Difficult to answer this question. You should be more
specific - good solution compared to what? In general, yes
it is a good solution (at least much better than the built-
in firewall functionality)

What are your concerns about antivirus software in regard
to NAT and DHCP? You can choose antivirus from one of
major vendors. My personal preference is Kaspersky
antivirus, but McAfee and Norton products are good too and
are very widely used.
