Security zones for outlook email

What general security zone setting should it be set to? I just use the net
for general email purposes.

I have a good fire wall and a good anti virus system, eg. norton antivirus
and norton firewall.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Note: I'm using Outlook 2002. This advice may not apply to Outlook 2003.

Outlook security should be set to Restricted Sites.

To make it even more effective (for IE browser also) add the list of sites using
IE-SPYAD. See this link for info and download:
