Security Tab with Account Unknown User/Group?

Why would WinXP Pro show a user or group name of "Account
Unknown(S-1-5-21-3905302654-3672646678-426467784-500)" when booting in
safe mode and looking at the security tab of a directory? TIA!

It is set aside for future use as "Guest". Open

ControlPanel/User Accounts you'll see the entry there.
