Security safegaurd when mail merging

One new virus safeguard built into OL is a security message that pops up
during a mail merge operation. It reads:

"A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you
want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose 'No'."

While this is useful to prevent virus distribution, it is annoying when
performing a mail merge.

Does anyone know how to turn this off or disable it temporarily?

Thanks.

You didn't say what version of Outlook/Word you're using. If 2000, there's
no way to get around it, at least not without the help of an add-in. If
2002, you can use HTML format for the merge and you must have a certain
update to Word 2002 installed. I'm not sure whether the 2003 versions
require the HTML format for the merge or not. Anyway, you can find more
info on this here:
