We are in fact running W2K3 A.D. However I assume A.D. is
A.D whether it be 2k or 2k3.

We are continuously getting the error in the application
log:

Event ID: 1202
Security policies were propagated with warning. 0x4b8 : An
extended error has occurred.

Is there a workaround or fix?

That can mean there is a conflict!

Oh, and AD is AD but there are some differences (mainly tweaks and helpful
features)... Windows 2000 is AD 1.0 while Windows 2003 is AD 1.1 ;-)
