I have office 2007 installed on Vista Business. Outlook 2007 is configured as
Exchange client. On “Opening Mail Attachments†dialogue box “Always ask
before opening this type of file†option is checked and grayed out. How can I
make it active so I can un-check it?
I know I am pushing but also want to know, where is the option to select it
again?

This is a change you make to the Windows configuration and not Outlook. As
it is a change for all users on the computer, you'll have to start Outlook
elevated to make the change.

In Vista the "EditFlags" for the specific file extension you changed can
only be changed back via the registry.
