Security.Config.cch--HELP!

I'm trying to recreate a new default profile on my w2K
server. It says to configure a profile and then copy it
to the default user folder in documents and settings. I
did this and received no errors. However it will not
create a new default profile for a new user. It says:
cannot copy security.config.cch. I have tried deleting
this file and it says access denied...the file may be in
use. I need to get rid of this dynamic file so I can
create new profiles. Can anyone help? TIA

Never mind everyone. I figured it out. Have to reboot
the machine in safe mode and delete the file.
